As a helping professional, I work with clients to explore their power and potential to achieve goals and connect to their highest selves. As a licensed social worker and rising professional coach, I am ready to be a partner and support to those seeking growth and their best life. I am committed to cultivating space for nonjudgmental exploration and loving accountability as you seek the changes you want to see. When I'm not working or coaching, I find joy in spending time with my partner and cat, gardening, reading, watching movies, and travelling- I'd love to get to know you!
